Our themes for discussion this time are
- the job description of an Outdoor Lead, and or Forest School Lead, in schools or other settings, and
- using evidence to persuade Senior Leaders to back more outdoor learning.
However, on the day if you have something you’d like to share or pick other group member’s brains about please let me know so we can add time into the session for you. It would be particularly good if you could share how Outdoor Learning Day went in your setting.
A diverse group meeting half termly to discuss and have a go at a wide range of activities that would be useful to those running Forest School and other Outdoor Learning experiences in schools and other settings in and around the York area. A mixture of indoor meetings and outdoor more practical sessions based on current issues and the CPD needs of the group.
