What is effective and resonant leadership? How can I, as a Middle Leader, impact on the mood, motivation and wellbeing of my team? Middle Leaders help to foster the working culture of their team. This session will look at the importance of leadership and the effects dissonance can have on a team.

- To develop an understanding of how to lead, motivate and influence others.
