Programme overview
During this cross-phase programme we will support you as you transition into your second or third year of teaching. The programme consists of 6 sessions which will run half termly throughout the 2021/22 academic year. Current school leaders from a range of contexts will equip you with knowledge and skills linked to the 8 Early Career Framework standards. The sessions will cover broad themes which will be relevant to all education phases. Following your attendance at our first session, you will be given a free copy of the excellent and widely regarded “Teaching WalkThrus” by Tom Sherrington and Oliver Caviglioli. Each session will follow a similar formula and will be hosted by colleagues across our Teaching School Hub.
