Session overview
One of the biggest requirements of an effective school leader is to ensure that teaching and learning are excellent with a strong curriculum in place that has clear intent. The implementation of this and its impact must be reviewed to enable the best possible outcomes to be secured. How do we ensure that teachers have the expertise to deliver an exciting, knowledge-rich and purposeful curriculum? How do schools link themes and topics and maximise opportunities for all staff and students to be able to do the same? This session will look at these questions through the lens of the latest Ofsted framework and consider how Middle Leaders might showcase teaching, learning and curriculum excellence.

- Reduce variation between teachers and improve the quality and consistency teaching and learning.
