Session overview
This session will look at strategies and ideas for improving teaching and learning across the whole school and the importance of prioritising this. It will offer practical and inventive ways in which Senior Leaders can engage and motivate staff to improve their own classroom practice in order to secure the best possible outcomes for students, and will also consider the importance of research and CPD in doing so.

- Understand the value and importance of professional development
- Review strategies and goals to work with which can help you make an impact on your staff and their students.
- Address ways of evaluating any school-wide approach to developing standards of teaching and learning and the impact that this has on student progress.
