Our programme combines strong local relationships with a nationally recognised, research-informed training curriculum. This ensures that trainees benefit from both the advantages of local delivery and the strength of a national provider, preparing them to become confident, effective and reflective practitioners.

Trainees are placed in local partner schools and are supported by experienced mentors and outstanding practitioners. Our small, close-knit partnership enables us to offer a highly personalised training experience, where trainees are known, valued and supported throughout their training year.
Training is delivered through our Scarborough hub, complemented by specialist subject days delivered across the region. This blended approach provides access to high-quality subject expertise, professional networks and a rich programme of professional development.
