A: Use the ‘Coach Again’ function on Steplab to record multiple coaching cycles in one week or ‘window’. Instructions on how to do this are here.
Q: Our ECT mentor is off work, can we pause the programme?
A: No, the pause function is only to be used when the ECT is unable to access the programme. The Induction Tutor or another trained mentor should step in so that the programme can continue for the ECT.
